3 GOOD RUNS THIS WEEK

THIS WEEK HAS FLEW BY...........I HAVE HAD 3 RUNS OF 5 MILES EACH......MON WED AND TODAY....................IT WAS COLD THIS MORNING .....AROUND 43 I THINK....AND THE WIND WAS STILL BLOWING SOME.............I HAD TO FORCE MYSELF TO GET OUT THERE BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE RUNNING IN THE COLD BUT I KNOW I NEED TO TRAIN ON THOSE DAYS............SO I WAS GLAD TO GET THE RUN IN THIS MORNING 5AM ...........THIS WEEKEND IS THE MIDDLE WARMUP RACE FOR THE MARATHON ..........15.5 MILES......I HAVE RUN SEVERAL TIME UP TO 16 MILES BUT NOT AN OFFICAL RACE AT THIS DISTANCE........SO I AM TRYING TO STAY CALM.....FROM HERE ON OUT I WILL BE GETTING INTO SOME AS THEY SAY.....UNCHARTED WATERS.................I READ TODAY A NEWSLETTER WHICH SAID AS YOU GET INTO THE LONGER DISTANCES TO ACTUALLY RELAX ...........RELAX YOU HANDS YOUR FACE YOUR SHOULDERS...........ETC.........JUST FLOW THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE RACE ..........SO I WANT TO TRY THAT THIS TIME...................AND I NEED TO REMEMBER THAT MY GOAL IS TO FINISH.................
