hot wednesday at memoral park

15 miles today ........moving slow tonight.........three plus hours with a couple breaks............some leg cramps today..........guess i still need more liquids...........and then there was the lance armstong new york marathon where he said it was the hardest physical thing he had ever done............even more grueling than his worst days on the tour de france..........well that makes me feel good...........right...........and then he said ....i think i bit off more than i could chew.......i thought the marathon would be easier.........well i guess i can say to myself that even the best of them have tough days...............
